Apple Pie Parfait
Serving Size / Yield
- 2 1/2 Cups Apples, Chopped Into Small Pieces
- 1/2 Cup Sugar
- 2 1/2 Cups Corn Starch
- 3 Cups Crumbled & Crushed Graham Crackers
In a sauce pan, add in apples, sugar, and cornstarch.
Bring to a boil, blend well, and smash the apples as you stir for 2 minutes.
Pour into a bowl and let cool.
In a small glass, add a layer of graham cracker mix, then add the apple filling on top, continue until glass is mostly filled and add a final layer of graham cracker mix.
