Apple Waffles

Simple but completely delicious, good for a dessert treat too

Ingredients

  • 2 C. milk
  • 1 tsp. cinnamon
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 C. pancake mix
  • 1/3 C. butter or margarine, melted
  • 1 C. finely chopped apples

Directions

Place milk, eggs, pancake mix and melted butter in bowl. Beat with mixer until batter is fairly smooth. Stir in apples. Bake in hot waffle iron until steaming stops.

Serves 6.
