Apricot and Brown Sugar Corned Beef

- 1 cup of water
- 4 ½ pounds beef (corned)
- 1 cup apricot
- ¼ cup browned sugar
- 2 tbsp. soy sauce
- 4 ½ quarts apple juice
- 2 cups vinegar
- 4 tbsp. mustard
- Preheat your oven 350 degrees.
- Coat the pan with cooking spray. Add water and heat the beef. Cover this with glossy aluminum foil and bake for 2 hours.
- Meanwhile, mix the rest of the ingredients and spread evenly on the corned beef after draining the water.
- Bake again at 350 degrees for 30 minutes until your meat is soft and tender.
- Serve hot.
