  • 4 ½ pounds beef (corned)
  • 1 cup apricot
  • ¼ cup browned sugar
  • 2 tbsp. soy sauce
  • 4 ½ quarts apple juice
  • 2 cups vinegar
  • 4 tbsp. mustard

- Preheat your oven 350 degrees.
- Coat the pan with cooking spray. Add water and heat the beef. Cover this with glossy aluminum foil and bake for 2 hours.
- Meanwhile, mix the rest of the ingredients and spread evenly on the corned beef after draining the water.
