  • 4 ½ pounds beef (corned)
  • 1 cup apricot
  • ¼ cup browned sugar
  • 2 tbsp. soy sauce
  • 4 ½ quarts apple juice
  • 2 cups vinegar
  • 4 tbsp. mustard
