Apricot Candies
Ingredients
- 3/4 C. dried apricots
- l/2 C. nut meats
- 3/4 C. fresh coconut, grated
- l Tbs. lemon juice
- l/4 tsp. salt
- l tsp. vanilla
- l tsp. lemon rind, grated
- l tsp. orange rind, grated
Directions
Wash apricots and put them in food chopper with nut meats. Add coconut, lemon juice, grated orange and lemon rind. Mix and knead well. Roll out onto sugared board to about l/4 inch thickness. Cut in squares and roll in confectioners' sugar.
