Apricot Crumble

Ingredients
- 2 C. sliced fresh apricots
- 1 C. graham-cracker crumbs
- 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 1/2 C. brown sugar
- 2 Tbsp. melted butter
- light cream
Directions
Combine brown sugar, graham-cracker crumbs, melted butter and lemon juice. Blend gently with sliced apricots. Spread in shallow buttered baking dish. Bake at 350° for 25 minutes. Serve with light cream.
Makes 6 servings.
