Add some apricot jam to this granola recipe for a sweet and sticky taste.

  • 10 C. rolled oats
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 1/4 C. honey
  • 1 10-oz. jar apricot jam

Using your hands, mix together thoroughly in a large bowl. Spread this mixture out on a large cookie sheet and bake at 350 for about 30 minutes until it starts to brown, stirring every 5 minutes or so.
