The blend of apricot, honey and Grey Poupon makes this main dish absolutely splendid.

Ingredients

  • 1/3 C. Grey Poupon Honey Mustard
  • 3 Tbs. apricot preserves
  • 1 tsp. ground ginger
  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breast halves (about 1 lb.)

Directions

Blend mustard, apricot preserves and ginger. Brush some mustard mixture on chicken. Grill or broil chicken, brushing with mustard mixture frequently until done.

Makes 4 servings.
