This recipe makes a large amount, but you can reduce the recipe for smaller gatherings. Try substituting with peaches and peach Jello for a great variation to this recipe.

Ingredients

  • 2 sm. pkg. Orange Jello
  • 2 sm. pkg. Apricot Jello
  • 1 med. can apricots
  • 1 med. can Mandarin oranges
  • 1 sm. jar apricot nectar (2 C.)
  • 1 pt. sour cream

Directions

Drain fruit, reserving liquid. Add water to syrup to make 2 cups. Heat liquid and all packages jello; dissolve well. In mixing bowl, add water to apricot nectar to make 5 cups; add this mixture to jello. Pour half apricot jello liquid in bottom of rectangular glass dish. Add fruit jello; carefully spoon remaining jello on top. Chill until firm. Cut into squares when serving.
