- 4-5 lbs. baby back pork loin ribs
- 1 (16 oz.) jar apricot preserves
- 1/3 C. soy sauce
- 1/4 C. packed brown sugar
- 2 tsp. garlic powder
Spray large slow cooker with vegetable cooking spray and place ribs in cooker. In a bowl, combine preserves, soy sauce, brown sugar and garlic powder and then spoon sauce over the ribs. Cover and cook on low for 6-7 hours.
