Apricot Salad

Ingredients
- one 3-oz. pkg. vanilla pudding (not instant)
- 1 can apricot, reserve juice
- 1 sm. can mandarin oranges
- one 8-oz. carton Cool Whip
Directions
Cook pudding with with 2 cups apricot juice (if you don't have enough juice, add water to make 2 cups). Cool. Add oranges (drained) and cut-up apricots; add Cool Whip. Mix well and chill.
