Apricot Stuffing

Ingredients
- 1 can apricots
- 3 stalks celery
- 1 cube butter
- 1/2 onion
- 1/4 C. sugar
- chicken or turkey broth
- 1 box stuffing
Directions
Saute celery and onion in butter just until the veggies start sweating. Add chicken or turkey broth, apricot (including the juice), and the sugar. Simmer untill tender. Add stuffing mix and gently mix all together. If using plain unseasoned stuffing, add salt, pepper and sage to taste.
