Apricots and Roasted Chicken Pasta

Adding chicken to this dish makes it heartier and easier to fill up hungry tummies!

  • 1 pkg. bow-tie noodles
  • 2 chicken breasts, sliced
  • 1/3 C. chopped green onion
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • 2 Tbs. margarine
  • 1 1/2 C. Half & Half
  • Apricot halves

Cook noodles accordingly. In a medium saucepan, simmer Half & Half for 4 minutes. Add margarine, onion, chicken and apricots; continue simmering 2 minutes. Pour over pasta and serve immediately.
