Arby’s Classic Beef’n Cheddar Copycat Recipe

- 6 oz. of thinly sliced roast beef
- 1 tsp. water
- ¼ C. ketchup
- 1/8 tsp. onion powder
- Pinch of salt
- 2 onion buns, sliced in half toasted
- 1/8 tsp. paprika
- 1/8 tsp. Tabasco sauce
- 1 T. milk
- 4 slices American cheese
Prepare your skillet and set it to a medium heat. Put the roast beef in the skillet. Cover up your skillet and leave the beef in there for 5-7 minutes. When that is taking place, add the water, onion powder, salt, water, paprika, and Tabasco sauce into a bowl to mix. It should have a smooth consistency. In a dish, add milk and the American cheese. Place in microwave for 20 seconds. Keep a close watch on the mixture, it can splatter and this can be avoided just by covering it up. Mix it when it’s ready.
You’re ready to assemble your sandwich. Smear a layer of sauce on each side of the bun, place the meat on the bottom bun, and drizzle the cheese. Add your bun to finish up. Enjoy!
