This sauce is what traditional Argentinian steakhouses serve with their cuts of beef. Personally, I think it goes great with almost anything, except ice cream. Do not put this on ice cream.

  • 1 bunch parsley
  • 8 cloves garlic, minced
  • 3/4 C. olive oil
  • 1/4 C. red wine vinegar
  • 1/2 lemon juiced
  • 1 Tbs. red onion, diced
  • 1 tsp. oregano
  • 1 tsp. pepper
  • 1 tsp salt

Combine all of the ingredients in a food processor or blender until smooth. 

Use it as a marinade, a sauce topping, or even on pasta.
