- 1 each per appetizer:
- cream cheese (enough to fill jalapeno)
Preheat the oven to 375 degrees or fire up the grill.
Cut the tops off the jalapenos and slice in half length ways. For Firey Hot armadillo eggs, leave all the seeds. For Medium, remove the seeds and membrane. For no heat, remove the seeds and membrane and rinse with water.
Fill each jalapeño with cream cheese and wrap with bacon. Secure with a toothpick. Cook until bacon gets crispy.
