A budget-friendly appetizer spread that tastes fantastic!

  • one 6-oz. can crabmeat
  • 1/2 C. grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 bunch fresh green onion, sliced
  • 1 1/2 Tbs. lemon juice
  • one 15-oz. can artichoke hearts, drained and finely chopped
  • one 8-oz. pkg. cream cheese, cubed

In a small slow cooker sprayed with vegetable cooking spray, combine all ingredients and stir well.  Cover and cook on low for 1 to 1 1/2 hours.  Stir until cream cheese mixes well. Serve on melba toast or bagel chips.
