  • 1 rye pita bread
  • 2 artichokes, sliced
  • Spinach
  • 1/4 lb deli pastrami
  • Dijon mustard
  • 2 slices of Swiss cheese

Directions

Toast the rye pita bread.  Then spread some dijon mustard onto one half of the pita.  Next, layer with the pastrami, spinach, cheese, and artichokes.  Toast once more and enjoy.
