Artichoke Dip
Ingredients
- 1 can artichokes, drained and slightly chopped
- 1 C. mayonnaise
- 1 C. Parmesan cheese
- 6 slices cooked bacon, crumbled
Directions
Slightly chop artichokes depending on how chunky you like them. Mix all ingredients and place in a small casserole dish. Bake at 350 degrees until bubbly and slightly brown on top (usually 35 minutes). You can also microwave until bubbly. Serve with plain. unsalted crackers.
