  • 8 frozen artichoke hearts, drained
  • 8 eggs, beaten
  • 1 pound sharp Cheddar cheese, grated
  • 1 cup fresh parsley, chopped
  • 1 medium onion, diced
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp hot pepper sauce
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Preheat your oven to 325 degrees F. Heat a pan and cook the artichoke hearts until tender. In the same pan, add the onions and cook for another 2 minutes. Now remove the mixture and place it in a mixing bowl to add the eggs, cheese, garlic, parsley, hot pepper sauce, salt and pepper. Pour the entire mixture into a baking dish and bake it for about 40 minutes. Cut into squares before  serving.
