  • 5 potatoes
  • 2 C. Parmesan cheese
  • 1 (14-Oz.) can artichoke hearts, drained and chopped into small pieces
  • 1 lb. ground beef
  • 2 C. mayonnaise
  • 8 oz. cream cheese
  • 5 tsp. garlic, minced
  • 1/4 C. mozzarella cheese
  • 1/4 C. bread crumbs
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Peel potatoes, cube and boil until tender. Put cooked potatoes through potato ricer. Brown ground beef in a large skillet over medium heat. Mix potatoes and beef with artichokes and rest of ingredients. Grease 9-by-13-inch casserole dish. Place potatoes into casserole. Sprinkle with mix of mozzarella cheese and bread crumbs. Bake for 30 to 35 minutes. Garnish with minced parsley, if you desire.
