  • 1 Box of Bowtie Pasta
  • 1 Cup of Chopped Spinach
  • 1 Cup of Artichoke Hearts
  • ½ Cup of Grated Parmesan Cheese
  • 2 Tablespoons of Olive Oil
  • 1 Minced Clove of Garlic
  • 1 Teaspoon of Basil
  • 1 Pinch of Salt
  • 1 Pinch of Pepper

To begin, cook the pasta according to the package’s instructions. Then, heat up the olive oil in a saucepan over a medium heat and cook the garlic for 3-5 minutes. Add in ½ of the parmesan cheese to the mix until it’s melted, and then add in the spinach, artichoke hearts, basil, salt, and pepper.

Stir this for about 5 minutes, and then combine the mixture with the pasta and serve warm!
