Artichoke Spread
Ingredients
- 1 can artichoke hearts (squeezed dry)
- 1/2 C. parmesan cheese
- 1/2 C. mayonnaise
- 1 can green chilies, drained
- 1/2 tsp. garlic salt
Directions
Mix all ingredients in blender until smooth. Bake at 375 degrees for 20 minutes. Let stand 5 minutes before serving. Serve with crackers or chips.
