Asian Ahi Tuna Steaks
Ingredients
- 4 6-oz. Ahi tuna steaks
- 2 Tbs. soy sauce
- 1/4 C. hoisin sauce
- 1 tsp. honey
- 1 tsp. sesame oil
- 1 tsp. Szechuan chile sauce
Directions
Combine all ingredients but tuna in a bowl. Place tuna in a glass dish, cover with the sauce, and let marinate in the refrigerator for an hour. When finished marinating, place tuna on a grill and cook to desired doneness.
