Asian Beef Stew

Ingredients
- 2 lbs. premium lean beef stew meat
- 1/2 tsp. black pepper
- one 16-oz. pkg. frozen stir-fry vegetables, thawed
- one 10-oz. can beefy mushroom soup
- one 10-oz. can beef consomme
- 2/3 C. bottled sweet and sour sauce
- 1 Tbs. beef seasoning
Directions
In a skillet, brown stew meat sprinkled with a pinch of black pepper. Place in slow cooker. In a bowl, combine vegetables, soup, consomme, sweet and sour sauce, beef seasoning, and 1 cup water. Pour over stew meat and stir well. Cover and cook on low for 5-7 hours.
