  • 6 oz. of boneless chicken breast
  • 2 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon chili garlic sauce
  • 1/2 teaspoon orange rind, grated
  • 1 garlic, minced
  • Cooking spray
  • 1 head lettuce leaves
  • 1 cup mint leaves
  • 1/2 cup bean sprouts

Combine vinegar, soy sauce, chili garlic sauce, 1 tbsp sesame oil, and orange rind. Marinate the chicken in the combination in a refrigerator for 45 minutes with the mixture in a plastic bag. Take the chicken and grill for 12 minutes in a pan greased with coking spray. Slice the chicken and put equal amount in lettuce leaves. Top it with a little amount of mint, sprouts, and the remaining oil.
