- 5 to 6 C. thinly shredded red or white cabbage
- 2 large celery stalks, thinly sliced diagonally
- 2 to 3 scallions, sliced
- 1/4 C. minced fresh cilantro
- 1/3 to 1/2 C. Asian sesame seed dressing
- pepper to taste
Combine cabbage, celery, scallions, and cilantro in a bowl. Pour dressing over vegetables, season with pepper, and toss well. Let stand for 10 minutes before serving.
