Asian Grilled Chicken with Garlic Seasoned Vegetable

A complete meal with incredible seasoning.

Ingredients

  • 1 14 oz. can chicken broth
  • 2 Tbs. soy sauce
  • 1 Tbs. vinegar
  • 1 tsp. sugar
  • 1 tsp. garlic powder
  • 1/8 tsp. crushed red pepper
  • 4 skinless, boneless chicken breast halves

Directions

Mix broth, soy, vinegar, sugar, garlic powder and red pepper in shallow non-metallic dish. Add chicken and turn to coat. Cover and refrigerate 1 hour. Remove chicken from marinade. Grill or broil chicken 15 minutes, or until done, turning and brushing often with marinade. Heat remaining marinade to a boil and serve with chicken.
