Asian Hot-Que Grill Sauce For Chicken/Beef/Pork

Ingredients
- 1 Tbs. brown sugar
- 2 Tbs. red wine vinegar
- 1 C. ketchup
- 1/2-1 tsp. Chinese hot mustard
- 1 large garlic clove, minced
- 1 Tbs. soy sauce
- 1-3 tsp. Asian chili paste with garlic
Directions
Combine all ingredients except chili paste in a small saucepan. Bring to a boil, then turn off heat. Stir in chili paste.
To use: Brush on chicken, beef or pork while grilling.
Yield: 1 1/4 cups
