  • 2 C. lettuce
  • 2 cucumbers, sliced
  • Dressing:
  • 1 Tbs. mirin
  • 1 1/2 Tbs. Japanese rice vinegar
  • 2 tsp. soy sauce
  • 1 tsp. sugar
  • 1 Tbs. oil
