Asian Pork Roast

Soy sauce, orange marmalade and a lot of garlic make this an Asian-inspired roast with lots of flavor.

  • 1 3-4 lb. pork roast
  • 1/4 C. soy sauce
  • 1/4 C. orange marmalade
  • 1 Tbs. ketchup
  • 2 cloves garlic, crushed

Place roast in crockpot. Combine remaining ingredients. Pour over roast. Cover and cook on low for 8-10 hours.

  • Sounds great, but I will add some apple cider vinegar and try to find only about a pound roast or cut one in half. Otherwise more garlic needs to be added for me. Plus, I will add some carrots, onions. whole Shitake mushrooms and toward the end, some chinese cabbage, Thank you for the recipe and the inspiration to do my own tweaking.
