Asian-Style Chicken Burgers
Ingredients
- 1 lb. ground chicken
- 1 Tbs. fresh lemon juice
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- 2 green onions, chopped
- 2 Tbs. soy sauce
- 1/2 tsp. ground ginger
- 1 egg white
- 4 hamburger buns
Directions
Mix together chicken, lemon juice, garlic, onions, soy sauce, ginger, and egg in a bowl and make 4 patties out of the mixture. Put in refrigerator, cover, and refrigerate for 1 hour. Remove when done, place on a grill, and cook to desired doneness. Serve on buns.
Serve with: Pasta Salad with Herbs, Green Beans, and Feta
