Asparagus Almandine

Ingredients
- 1 lb. Asparagus
- 2 Tbs. Butter
- 2 Tbs. Almonds, sliced
- 1 tsp. Lemon juice
- Salt and pepper to taste
Directions
Steam the asparagus to the desired crispness. Melt the butter in a small skillet. Add the almonds and cook for 3 minutes (stirring frequently). Remove from the heat and add the lemon juice. Season.
Serve immediately over the warm asparagus.
