Asparagus and Vinaigrette

Ingredients
- 1 can whole asparagus spears
- 2 Tbs. vinegar or lemon juice
- 1/4 C. vegetable oil
- 3/4 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 1 tsp. minced onion
- 2 Tbs. chopped pimento
- 1 tsp, dried parsley flakes
Directions
Drain asparagus and heat. Combine remaining ingredients and pour over hot, drained asparagus. Chill. Serve on salad plate with lettuce.
