Asparagus Roll Ups
Ingredients
- 1 bundle fresh asparagus
- 1 lb. smoked white turkey breast, sliced
- 1 lb. Swiss cheese, sliced
- 5-6 Tbs. sesame seeds
- 1 stick butter
- pepper to taste
Directions
Parboil fresh asparagus and set aside. Toast sesame seeds lightly in small skillet until golden. Melt butter and set aside in bowl. Top one slice of smoked turkey with slice of Swiss cheese and roll up 2 -3 pieces of asparagus inside. Roll each wrap in melted butter and cover in toasted sesame seeds. Bake at 350 degrees for approximately 30 minutes.Â
