Asparagus with Bacon

Ingredients
- 20 oz. frozen asparagus
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 2 Tbs. fresh chopped parsley
- 2 Tbs. lemon juice
- 2 slices bacon, cooked, crumbled
Directions
Combine asparagus and salt with 1/2 C. water in microwave-safe dish. Cover tightly and microwave on high 2-3 minutes; stir. Cover and microwave 2-3 minutes until tender-crisp. Let stand 1 minute; drain. Toss asparagus with parsley and lemon juice. Sprinkle with bacon.
Yield: 4 servings
