Ingredients
- 2 C. milk
- 1/4 C. oats
- 1/4 C. sugar
- pinch nutmeg
- 1/4 C. whiskey
- 2/3 C. whipped cream
- 2 slices ginger in syrup
- 2 slices candied lemon
Directions
Boil the milk and sprinkle in the oats. Cook, stirring for five minutes until thick. Add the sugar, nutmeg and whiskey. Cool. Whe cold, fold in the whipped cream and put into two tall glasses, each holding 1 cup. Decorate with a slice of ginger and slice of lemon and chill until served.
