Chicken Tikka Masala is a traditional Indian recipe that combines juicy grilled chicken marinated in yogurt and spices along with a creamy tomato and onion gravy. This recipe is not a starter but rather the main course because it is very rich and filling. It can be served with warm pita bread or boiled rice. The tanginess of the gravy when combined with the tenderness of the grilled chicken pieces simply leaves one spellbound! It is a great recipe for lunch as well as dinner.
