Autumn Harvest Vegetable Beef Soup
Ingredients
- 1-1/2 lb. lean ground beef
- 1 C. onion, chopped
- 4 C. beef broth or water
- 1 C.carrots
- 1 C. potatoes, diced
- 1 C. celery
- 1 qt. canned tomatoes with juice
- 1/2-1 tsp. basil to taste
- 1-2 tsp. salt to taste
- 1/2 tsp. pepper
- 1/4 C. cabbage, chopped (optional)
Directions
Brown hamburger and onion; drain if needed. Add remaining ingredients. Simmer 2 hours.
