  • 1/3 C. golden raisins
  • 1/3 C. dark raisins
  • ¼ C. raw cashews, chopped
  • ¼ C. maple syrup
  • 1/3 C. rice wine vinegar
  • 1 T. olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Directions
