Avocado and Tomato Cream Sauce
Serving Size / Yield
- 2-3 ripe avocados
- one 4-oz. package of cream cheese
- 1/4 cup of heavy cream (or you can use milk)
- 1 lg. ripe tomato
- 1 clove of garlic
- 1/4 C. diced onion
- 2-3 Tbs. of butter
- salt & pepper to taste
Place avocados, garlic, onion, tomato, salt, pepper in food processor. Chop only, do not liquify. Melt butter in saucepan, add cream, and heat slowly until almost thickened.
