Try this yummy cream sauce over your favorite pasta!

Serving Size / Yield

2 cups


  • 2-3 ripe avocados
  • one 4-oz. package of cream cheese
  • 1/4 cup of heavy cream (or you can use milk)
  • 1 lg. ripe tomato
  • 1 clove of garlic
  • 1/4 C. diced onion
  • 2-3 Tbs. of butter
  • salt & pepper to taste

Place avocados, garlic, onion, tomato, salt, pepper in food processor. Chop only, do not liquify.  Melt butter in saucepan, add cream, and heat slowly until almost thickened.
