  • 1 T. vegetable oil
  • 1 T. butter
  • 6 Boneless Skinless Chicken Breasts
  • 2 flour tortillas
  • 1 mango
  • 1 C. black beans
  • 1 avocado

In a large skillet heat the vegetable oil and cook the chicken. Once it’s cooked, cut it into pieces. Lay out the flour tortillas and place chicken evenly. Top the chicken with mango, black beans, and avocado. Fold in the sides of the tortilla and roll the wrap burrito-style.
