Serving Size / Yield
- 13 oz chickpeas, drained, rinsed
- 2 medium avocados, chopped
- 2 Tbs tahini
- 1/2 C lemon juice
- 1 tsp smoked paprika
- 2 garlic cloves, crushed
- Pinch of salt
Using a food processor, add in the chickpeas, chopped avocados, garlic and tahini. Puree until the ingredients are smooth and well mixed.
Then, empty the mixture into a bowl. Season with paprika, salt and lemon juice; mix well. Add more if needed.
Spoon the hummus into a serving bowl and refrigerate until it is ready to be served.
