Avocado Lime Cream Dip

In addition to its great taste, the lime juice in this dip keeps the avocado from browning.

Ingredients

  • 1 Ripe Avocado
  • 1 Tbs. Lime Juice, freshly squeezed
  • 1/2 tsp. Tabasco Sauce
  • 1 clove Garlic

Directions

Peel and dice avocado. Combine all ingredients in a food processor and puree until smooth. Cover and chill until serving. Serve on corn chips or crackers. Top with shrimp, chili slices or cherry tomatoes, if desired.
