Avocado Salad

Ingredients
- 2 3-oz. pkgs. lime-flavored gelatin
- 2 C. boiling water
- 1 8-oz. pkg. cream cheese
- 1 1/2 tsp. grated onion
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 2 lg. avocados, mashed
- 1 C. celery, finely chopped
Directions
Dissolve gelatin in boiling water. Chill over ice water, stirring frequently, until syrupy. Beat cheese with electric mixer until partly thickened. Fold in remaining ingredients and turn into individual molds or one large mold. Chill until firm.
