Ingredients
- 3 hard boiled eggs, diced
- 2 cans tuna, drained
- 1 sm. Roma tomato, diced
- 1 sm. avocado, diced
- 1 C. shredded sharp Cheddar cheese
- 2 Tbs. sweet pickle relish
- 2-3 Tbs. yellow mustard
- 1/3-1/2 C. low-fat mayonnaise
- salt and pepper to taste
Directions
Mix together ingredients in order. Chill before serving.
