  • 1/4 C. rolled wheat (wheat flakes)
  • 2 Tbs. oat bran
  • 2 Tbs. wheat bran
  • 2 Tbs. wheat germ
  • 1 Tbs. golden raisins
  • 1 Tbs. diced dried apricots
  • 1 Tbs. sliced almonds
