To begin, combine ¼ cup of sugar, ¼ cup of water, and the blackberries in a saucepan over a medium-high heat for around 8-10 minutes. If you would like the berries to be more crushed, you can help break them down by smashing them with a fork, and then set it aside to cool.

While you preheat your oven to 325 degrees Fahrenheit, line your baking dish with parchment paper and then melt the butter in the microwave. Mix together 1 ½ cups of sugar, vanilla extract, 2 eggs, and ½ teaspoon of salt with the melted butter. Once everything is combined, fold in the cocoa powder and flour and then pour this into the baking pan.

Using an electric mixer on a medium-high speed, beat together the honey, greek yogurt, cream cheese, 1 egg, ¼ cup of sugar, and ½ teaspoon of salt for 3-5 minutes. Then, pour this on top of the brownie batter and make sure it spreads to the edges. Drizzle in the blackberry mix and feel free to make it decorative by swirling it around with a fork!

Bake your brownies for 1 hour or until the cheesecake begins to become golden, and then let drizzle some more honey over the top and let them cool in the fridge for at least 2 hours before serving.
