  • 3 lb. trimmed chicken wings
  • 1/3 C. hot sauce
  • 4 T. butter, melted
  • 2 T. honey
  • 2 tsp. lime juice
  • 1 T. paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 tsp. cayenne pepper

Rinse and drain chicken. Put wings in a 9x13 baking dish and set aside. In a small bowl, whisk together hot sauce, butter, honey, lime juice, paprika, salt, pepper, and cayenne. Pour over wings and marinate in the refrigerator for one hour. Preheat oven to 450 degrees and bake chicken for 25 minutes. Serve with blue cheese.
