Bacon and Cheese Casserole
Serving Size / Yield
- 1 lb Bacon, cooked and crumbled
- 1 Onion, Chopped
- 1 Box Pasta, 1 lb
- 1 cup corn, frozen
- 1 cup peas, frozen
- 1 1/2 cup mozzarella
- 1 1/2 cup cheddar
- 1 tbs butter
Saute onions in 1 tbs of butter on medium/high heat.
In a bowl, add in bacon, noodles, peas, corn, onions, and 1/2 cup of cheddar and mozzerella cheese.
Blend well and season with salt and pepper.
Add mixture into a large casserole dish.
Add the rest of the cheese on top.
Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes or until cheese is melted.
