Bacon and Cheese Puff Biscuits
Ingredients
- 1/2 C. Milk
- 2 Tbs. Butter cut in pieces
- 1/2 C. Flour
- 2 Eggs
- 1/2 C. Cheddar Cheese, shredded
- 3 slices Bacon, cooked and crumbled
- 1/4 C. Green Onions, chopped
- 1/4 tsp. Garlic, chopped (optional)
- 1/8 tsp. ground Black Pepper
Directions
Heat oven to 350 degrees. In sauce pan bring milk and butter just to boiling point and add flour all at once. Stir quickly and constantly until mixture forms a ball and pulls away from pan. Take off heat and add eggs, one at a time, stirring constantly. Mix until smooth. Add remaining ingredients and mix well. Using a teaspoon, place spoonful of mixture on ungreased cookie sheet. Bake 25 minutes to golden brown. To freeze, cool completely and wrap well. Reheat at 350 degrees for 5 to 8 minutes. Avoid the microwave for reheating, if possible.
